*40+ Z motion is dominating this category; a break of six
riders, Franco, Schofield, Reeves, Sosa Gonzalez and Armas,
lapped the field. Surprisingly the current leader Coleman was
not in this break. Let see how ZMotion develop the next race
tactics to see if they regain the leader’s position now taken by
Gonzalez from Performance Team, Followed by Sosa from Stradelli
in second place overall.
*50+ Angel from Miami Masters in a solo attempt seven minutes
into the race, kept away from the pack until minute 32 when
Ernest from ZMotion jumped and close the gap. About 10 minutes
later Hurtado from Miami Masters got to the break too. Three
laps pass by and two more riders’ arrived at front. Then the
usual, they start to look at each other, while the pack gets
closer. Angel waves Hurtado go now in a solo, and Miami Masters
takes victory. Overall classification did not change, Carlos
from Velo Masters still the current leader.
*Pro 1,2,3 With Travieso now on board into the green
locomotion, Team Cocos took complete control of this field. From
the seven places available for points, they took four. Pol and
Travieso together outsprinted the field to claim first and
second place. The race it very close for second place overall
between Zayas from EBP and Navarro from ZMotion, with 8 points
each one. Maybe Cocos will start working on getting riders for
second and third place.
*4&5 Rossetti team wipes out the podium. After many attempts
they managed to form a break of four riders, only one rider from
Velo Speedwear. About forto minutes into the race Cristia jumped
and went in a solo to win his second race and consolidating his
first place overall. Daniel takes second followed by
DelsolDominguez. The pack’s sprint was for Salas that now seats
second place overall.
