* Tres etapas con finales de subida definirán el 90% de La
Vuelta. La fracción 14 con una culminación de 18 kilómetros en
Alto de Campo con un promedio del 5.5% y una máxima del 9%
faltando dos kilómetros, claro está que con anterioridad tiene
que negociar un premio de montaña de 11.5 kilómetros de primera
categoría con una máxima al 15% a mitad de camino. Al día
siguiente, el Alto de Sotres de un poco mas de 12 kilómetros se
muestra mas interesante como final de etapa, ya que los últimos
3.5 kilómetros empiezan al 13% cambian al 10% y terminando
nuevamente al 13%, etapa para recordar. Esta tripleta culmina
con siete premios de montaña, los primeros cinco muy llevaderos,
ya que son de entre segunda y tercera categoría. Antes del
ascenso final, tiene que negociar el Alto de Cobertoria de
primera categoría casi 10 kilómetros con una máxima al 13%. El
Alto Ermita de Alba de cerca a 7 kilómetros de longitud ofrece
un sitio espectacular al 21.6%, para continuar por dos
kilómetros entre el 13% y 16%. Si el día anterior era para
recordar, este será para enmarcar. Nada está escrito todavía en
La Vuelta, los “sobrevivientes” a disputar el título, con el
poco de piernas que queden, y con un día de descanso en
intermedio, tendrán que disputar la crono individual en Burgos
de 38.7 kilómetros, para poder empezar finalmente a ponerle
nombre ganador en Madrid.
