*40+ The bunch kept it together until time for the first
prime, Armas when ahead of the group when bell rang to get it,
but for the second one he had some competition for it; Trujillo
took it at the line. Now Armas has the sprinter's jersey follow
by Trujillo two points behind. Then eight riders broke away from
the pack, Marin from Team Cocos wins the final sprint followed
by Robinson from Bike America. Third place was for Ferrer from
Big Wheel Sunrise.
*50+ Strong break formed with in the first fifteen minutes
into the race; three riders from big wheel sunrise, Ferrer,
Martinez and Valle. To complete them we had Rosenthal from bike
America and Redman from pink panthers. They took all points
available for the white jersey, getting tie on first place
Rosenthal and Martinez. Big wheel team started attacking three
laps to go, with a success because Ferrer was able to win the
race, and for the sprint Martinez takes seconds place followed
by Redman in third.
*Pro 1,2,3 Three guys managed to breakaway and kept it for
the first 30minutes of the race, Zayas from EBP team takes both
intermediate sprints to take the first sprinter's jersey of the
year, followed by Hill from Stans no tubes team. Third overall
on this classification was for Bello now racing for flaying ace
team. Hard chase by team coco's gave an end to this break, their
work pays off; coco's fastest rider, Y. Pol wins the race in a
close sprint with M. Henao racing for flaying ace team. Third
place was for M. Caso representing GM Bikes.
*4&5 Big and tough field, Llorens from Performance team
had the white jersey on mind, and he got it but with two riders
just one point behind, Nardo and Sosa with Stradalli team. The
pace was kept fast, making difficult for any attempts for any
breaks to make it. The final sprint was tie and close, but Sosa
wins the race and gets the yellow jersey, followed by Cano from
Velo Speedwear. Third place was for Yaques racing for Sun
Cycling,
