*40+ Windy morning at Vista View for the climber’s event of
the series. After the 3rd lap four riders got clear from the
bunch an all points on the intermediate KOM were taken. Marin
from Cocos gets 9 points followed by Rojas from Pink Panthers
with 5 and Robinson from Bike America with 4. Marin wins the
race and kept his yellow jersey, second place was for Noe
Gonzalez fro Performance team, closing the top three we had J
Rojas.
*50+ Wind kept rising, for the fist KOM prime we had already
a breakaway composed by 3 Big Wheel Sunrise riders, Martinez,
Valle and Ferrer, and Kurth from Treasure Coast. Martinez took
the polka dot jersey with 9 points followed by Valle with 4 and
ferrer with 2. For the final sprint Martinez wins the race and
now is 2nd place overall, Ferrer got second and kept his yellow
jersey. 3rs place of the day was for Kurth.
*Pro 1,2,3 Weather kept deterioration as the minutes pass by;
the pack is moving fast under windy and wet road. Tsang fro
Flying Ace and Matos from Cocos broke away been chase by Henao
and Martinez. When the got together they where gone. KOM jersey
went to Matos with 9 points follow by Tsang with 4 and team mate
Henao with 3. For safety reason to the riders due to bad weather
we shorten the race by a few laps. The new leader is Henao just
by one point ahead of Y Pol from Coco’s Team
*4&5 Cancelled due to bad weather.
