*40+ With the last minute arrival of the polka-dot jersey to
registration; the course of the race was about to change. O
Marin from Cocos team dominated the race by wining all points on
the climber’s jersey and the race. In a two men break one lap to
go I Franco attacked him but Marin responded and won the race.
Third place was for N Gonzalez in a solo chase. The current
yellow jersey leader R Robinson by placing fifth was able to
keep wearing yellow.
*50+ Big Wheel Sunrise team continues unbeatable, W Martinez
took eight points out of possible nine to keep the polka-dot
jersey. Also he was able to win the race, followed by his team
mate M Mosquera; third place was for S Wood from Cool Beans
Team. The current leader M Valle also from Big wheel, keeps the
yellow jersey by placing forth at this event.
*Pro 1,2,3 Flying Ace Team racing to perfection, since Matos
the current king of mountains was not here to race, Y Tsang took
as many points as he could to get tie on 1st place with Matos.
Three riders broke away; current leader Bello, Matute and Tsang;
Bello jumped on the second climb and no one follows; he wins the
race in a solo. His team mate Tsang gets second and Matute third
place. Same order is given to the general classification of this
series.
*4&5 Stradelli team and Galiz Team are racing head to
head. C Sosa and L Cristia broke away and no one could close the
gap. Since the last race at vista for this category was
cancelled, Sosa took all points available to get the polka-dot
jersey, He wins the race followed by Cristia; by placing second
on this event he was able to keep the yellow jersey buy now tie
on points with Sosa. Third place was for E Lopez also from
Stradelli. Now the GC has the same order too.
